Cabinet Office, North Block, Admiralty Arch, The Mall, London SW1A 2WH

(nearest Tube Trafalgar Square or Charing Cross)
  
Go to the North Entrance of Admiralty Arch. If approaching from Trafalgar Square fork right into Spring Gardens rather than going under the Arch.

The entrance is about 25 yards along Spring Gardens on the left side.

The door is not very prominent - if you reach the British Council building/the entrance to the Trafalgar Square car park - you've gone too far.
